FlowCCA (Flow-Culture, Creativity & Arts) draws its name from the Egyptian felucca, a traditional sailboat that has long symbolized  journeys across history, cultures, and waters. By blending ‘flow’ - the creative state of movement and transformation -  with CCA  (Culture, Creativity, and Arts), the project becomes a vessel for navigating stories, reclaiming heritage, and fostering artistic resistance across borders.

FlowCCA launches its inaugural program that takes place online starting the month of May and culminates with an on-ground traveling festival during the month of October.
Participants will be notified with a detailed timeline upon signing contracts.
The project is produced with the support of TACKLE, Avocats sans frontières (ASF) and The European Union.

The program includes:

  • Weekly online mentoring and workshops for the duration of 16 weeks.

  • Onground participation in a traveling festival between Marseille and along the Tunisian coast.

  • Artistic production and public interventions.

FlowCCA welcomes applications from youth and young adult artists (18-35) across all art forms, who are based in the EU and/or in Tunisia, with a proven track of professional artistic practice.
We strongly encourage applications from artists from culturally diverse communities in the EU and/or Tunisia.
Priority will be given to artists who have previously worked with themes of migration and their relationship to heritage as migrating bodies, water as a carrier and as a means of transportation and/or whose proposed projects engage the public.

We welcome all art disciplines from installation-making, to sound and movement. Expressions of interest to propose projects that respond to the theme of the call.
The objectives of this project are to provide young adults, who are early or midcareer artists with professional development opportunities and the ability to make meaningful connections with each other, their  mentors and within the different communities in Marseille and Tunisia.
